You’re Ready to Move Beyond Strumming

This course will train your eyes and fingers together, one manageable step at a time. You’ll begin with the first notes, gradually build confidence around the fretboard and learn to turn what you see on the page into fluent, musical playing.

Before you begin

Set Yourself Up for an Easy Start

  • Tune your ukulele.
  • Choose a comfortable playing position.
  • Give yourself ten quiet minutes.
  • Keep the first session relaxed and curious.

A Simple Way to Make Steady Progress

1

Watch and Understand

Watch the lesson once without pressure. Pause or replay anything you want to see again.

2

Play Slowly and Accurately

Let your eyes lead and give your fingers time to find their place. Smooth and relaxed matters more than fast.

3

Repeat, Then Move On

Stay with a lesson until it feels comfortable—not perfect. Mark it complete and continue when you feel ready.

Your practice promise

Short, Calm Practice Beats a Long Struggle

Aim for 10–15 minutes, four or five times a week. If your hands become tense or the notes start to blur, pause and return later. This course is designed to build confidence without overload.
